Truck Pumps

We collaborate with municipalities and emergency response agencies globally to design custom vehicle-mounted pump units for flood control in disaster areas. Our expertise includes equipping all-terrain vehicles, trailers, and trucks with pump units capable of delivering up to 13,000 GPM, transforming them into reliable, standalone mobile pump stations.

Pontoons

We provide a wide range of pontoon barges, expertly engineered to adapt to evolving conditions and mining charter requirements. During the design phase, we focus on the functionality and purpose of the pontoon while strictly adhering to safety standards. Our offerings include the option to add access walkway modules, ensuring maintenance personnel have safe and unrestricted access. Additionally, we can engineer multiple pump pontoons/barges to meet your specific needs.

Flywheels

Centex-designed flywheels are the simplest and most effective solution to counteract the effects of water hammer. They achieve this by allowing the pump to gradually coast down, thereby minimizing large transient pressure surges. Additionally, the flywheel offers the secondary benefit of gentle starts and stops, which significantly improves the lifespan of the rotating assembly and auxiliary equipment.

Skids

Our skids are meticulously designed to meet the highest engineering standards, ensuring they can endure the toughest site conditions. Utilizing Finite Element Analysis, we guarantee that our equipment is perfectly suited for every application. Our engineered skids are available as either permanently installed bases or portable drag skids, featuring integrated lifting bails and forklift pockets for easy maneuverability. They come in configurations driven by electric motors, diesel engines, or hydraulics.

Sound Attenuated

We manufacture portable, sound-attenuated, self-priming pump units ranging from 2 1/2″ to 24″, available in trailer or skid-mounted configurations. These enclosed units are specifically designed for use in residential areas and “quiet zones,” meeting or exceeding all industry standards for sound level dB(A). Each unit is 3D modelled, enabling precise laser cutting and forming of raw materials to exacting standards.

Trailers

We provide a diverse range of trailer packages tailored to various market segments. Our offerings include roadworthy and site trailers in open-air, weather-enclosed, or fully sound-attenuated designs. We offer both braked and unbraked trailers with single, double, or triple axle configurations that meet international standards. Additionally, fuel tanks can be integrated into the trailer substructure for added convenience.
