Screening Equipment

The Incline Bar Coarse Screen (IBCS) is used for `coarse screening’ where the removal of waste material between 15mm and 100mm in size is required in water and wastewater treatment. The Incline Bar Screen (IBFS) is used for “fine screening” where the removal of waste material between 5 and 12 mm in size is required. We also have the hand raked bar screen which is manually operated and used within small wastewater treatment plants or to protect fine mechanical screens. The Ultra-Fine Incline Bar Screen is used for “ultra-fine screening” where the removal of waste material from 0.5 up to 4 mm in size is required.

Grit Removal Systems

The vortex tank or chamber type, a circular continuous flow-through vortex grit settling chamber. The chamber consists of an upper separation section where, because of reduced flow velocity in the tank, the grit will settle into a lower chamber.

Conveying & Compaction Equipment

Our Conveyor system is a heavy duty material handling device which provides an ideal method for transporting sticky, wet and irregular arch-forming materials such as screening waste, sludge, powder chemicals, mining, farming, food and industrial products. And We have the Washpactor which is a screw compactor designed to separate valuable organics from screenings waste, so that the organics can be returned to the waste water process to increase the organic loading present in the inflow, and used later on in the plant biological process.

Sludge Thickeners

Thickeners are used to thicken sludge from settling tanks in both municipal and industrial purification plants. Increasing the concentration of the sludge through slow moving arms and vertical pickets, the sludge scrapers cover 100% of the tank floor.
